There is, I made it. It’s very simple, just uses IP geolocation and 2 websockets.

I believe you mean a random country selector. A random country generator would make a random country.

If AI art generators can make me pictures of naked ladies in 2022, by 2025 they should be able to generate a whole country.

No, and more of them are banning nudity entirely. Wonder still allows nudity, but I think it's the only one.
