You're clearly not too smart, so here's the explanation;

Clown cars, while small have large numbers of clowns falling out of them for comedic effect.

The "Boat" in this joke implies there would be thousands of clowns storming a beach for the same reason as the car gag.

This isn't aimed at migrants. You're overly sensitive. Log off and touch grass.

When the Clown Invasion started, an anti-ship missile managed to down a single landing craft, leading to the deaths of the entire invasion force for that landing zone. And they didn't even have any air support!

Even the clowns' military tactics are jokes.

They rode around the beach in circles on tricycles with water pistols. The odd one was fired out of a cannon but was caught in a net.

The invasion was quite short lived. It only lasted three days then moved down to the next beach.
