In what sense is goddamn not an expletive? It makes the joke less funny because it sounds awkward. The joke would've been best with just an emphasis on anyone.

I and, based on the downvotes, many others don't see how it makes the joke less funny. Personally I believe you're just butthurt someone said a swear online and God damn is only bad because it says god.
