Dude here, but I know some women don’t / can’t use tampons, so might want to keep pads on hand (either as a secondary option or on their own).

Plastic applicators are the worst for the environment (Pearl is plastic), go with Tampax or no-name with the cardboard/biodegradable applicators.

LPT Keep a box of tampons and a bottle of ibuprofen in your home.
