I left social media (Facebook, etc.) in 2019.

My wife tells me happy birthday, and my Mom and brother text me. Oh and I get a bday email from a Dave Matthews Band fan site I signed up for back in like 1998.

I just always put my birthday as a few days off. Just because they ask for some info doesn't mean you have to be accurate!
