So you can stop the moment and put your nails on while your partner is down on their knees?

Idk, seems a little rude and vapid.

Lol no I was thinking in case the person wanted to take pictures after! Not during the actual proposal

What if a friend takes pictures/video during the proposal? Demand they delete the evidence from their device, you put on nails, and then have a do-over? What a way to destroy the mood.

If there are certain conditions you want for a proposal, COMMUNICATE those conditions to your partner.

No. So you can have the press-ons handy to apply quickly for photos after the proposal is done.

My girlfriend proposed to me, but I just had average, un-manicured guy hands. We have our 29th anniversary in May, so my nails were not a problem.

If you think your partner is about to propose, you want it to happen, but it takes too long: propose yourself.
If you need a manicure for it get it once. Spend the rest of the manicure budget for a good dinner.

This seems a bit silly no? Life tip??

It actually does seem silly to me, yes! I’m not a “nails done” girl at all. But a couple of my friends had this concern, and kept getting manicures constantly in case the moment came, and this solution came to mind to suggest to others that might value this.
