They tried to low-ball me on the replacement cost of my Tacoma when I caught them lying about comps. But they've been ok.

They did the same to me in June. They're in a class action lawsuit for doing the same thing to 1000's of other customers.

Interesting, I have had several claims with them and had wonderful experiences. I wonder if this is new or if I am lucky.
