Yup! I try to keep switching. At my workplace people also use skippyballs.

Interesting. I have some butcher block walnut I built on to one of those sit/stand desks. But for some reason I find it hard to focus on what I’m doing when I’m standing. I’ll start out standing but when I really need to focus on something I go back to sitting.
