Be forwarned. They can show up anytime and drop an enormous amount of wood chips, so be prepared. Read their user agreement.

With that said, it's free and legit.

I think just once, but they don't generally call ahead and let you know.

Our neighbors did this and then posted on Nextdoor that they had free mulch. Between them and the neighbors, it was gone in a few hours, but it could be a problem depending where they dump it and if you are home at the time. They might block your driveway.

I signed up for ChipDrop, and they literally dropped an Olympic Swimming pool of chip at my house last yr. Be warned, make sure you have a plan for them!

We used chip drop too... Our pile was heavily infested with termites.

We'll be paying for treated mulch in the future.
