Nice way to snap connectors at the end of the cable plugged in.

Pack all in one bag and have working cables when you arrive.

I just got a usb block with three ports in it. More out less covers me. If I take my laptop it's easy enough to find a 2nd plug or just plug my phone into a port on the laptop.

Or bring a USB C charger and use it to charge everything. Phone, headphones, laptop, switch, steam deck, etc

No no no no no.

But a travel usb adapter. Either one with a couple of usb- c ports or one with a couple of usb-a and a usb-c port. Finished. Done.

Some places (cruise ships) don’t allow you to use your own possible fire starter.

This is a bad idea! Most US surge protectors have a fuse that blows when provided 220V. The adapter most people have only changes the shape of the plug, not the voltage. A 3-way splitter cable usually doesn't have a fuse and can carry 220V. But the surge protector strip blew the fuse in the house every time I plugged it in.
