Or just cut it off. There's no reason to keep them after you've bought the pillow; same for mattresses and toys.

That’s what inspired this post! I stayed with a friend for a week and his pillows were not this way. I fixed the problem myself after sleeping one night with a tag in my face.

Cut the tag out. Be careful not to cut the seam, just the tag. It's worth it! No more scratchy tags.

I USED to think this, then realized if you put the tag at the open end, then both the tag and floppy extra or exposed pillow are at same end and you keep closed cased side near face instead (if tag there can still feel it through case)
