Why have your sleep disrupted like that?

Chances are it will be harder for you to fall back to sleep. Just sleep the full amount of time you need go sleep without disrupting yourself

This is the worst advice

What you're supposed to do is set 1 alarm when you want to get up and just get up. No snooze, no screwing around

When you wake yourself up for no reason you just ruin your sleep. That's it. Now you've fucked your sleep for nothing other than some weird satisfaction of waking up earlier than your alarm. How dumb

While it is lovely feeling to wake up, glance at the clock, and realise you have a couple of hours left, it isn't worth purposefully disrupting your sleep for. Plus, that warm, fuzzy feeling doesn't last very long if you then repeatedly wake up until the alarm goes off.

That happens to me a lot more than I'd like. I get weeks or months where I'll wake up several times a night, sometimes at least once an hour, but it is much worse if I wake up a few hours before an alarm.

The best thing anyone can do is a get as good a sleep as possible.

Got to the same conclusion. Started doing this just cause the feeling of falling back asleep was so calming. Started setting my alarm multiple times at night just so I could experience it again and again. At some point I started setting my alarm for almost every hour of the night because the feeling was bringing me so much joy, just being able to not worry about tomorrow and focus on getting back to sleep. I dont think this is a good tip lol

personally I put a different alarm every hours with a different ring tone to remind me that I have still x hours left.

Only issue is that I need to sleep during the day because the alarms woke me up
