Just continue doing it. Things will be uncomfy, but so is doing anything new

Bring a Kindle and do some reading. You are therefore not staring at other people.

Do it more.

It's really the only way. Take headphones, listen to podcasts, or music, or Audiobooks. Take a book with you (or an ereader, or get an ereader app on your phone to save bringing an extra item)

Just remember, 99.9% of the people you see won't even really see your face, let alone remember anything about you in five minutes time (unless you're doing/wearing something really outlandish)

Just remember you’re there for yourself, and that the majority of people wish they had the confidence to do what you’re doing.

Try easing into it by doing activities that have less individual focus on you, it'll feel less weird. Hiking, walking/cycling places, farmers markets, festivals/events, movie theater. Museums. Bringing a book someplace to read is good too. Once you're more comfortable with it you can get more adventurous.

Truly no one cares or thinks it weird to see a person doing something normal on there own. Ignore the paranoia

Are you asking about how to go outside by yourself or are you asking about how to socialize with strangers in public when you are by yourself?
