Real-life example: I volunteered to help load/unload furniture for a family moving into the neighborhood early in the morning. Unfortunately I went out the night before and ended up having too much late-night Taco Bell before going home and going to bed.

The next morning I was unpleasantly surprised that lifting heavy things was progressively getting more and more uncomfortable, until it became downright unbearable.

No complaints about Taco Bell. I love it and will continue to eat it. Just know that with many wonderful things in life, there can sometimes be a heavy price to pay if you're not careful.

What’s the connection between Taco Bell and your inability to lift things?

This one really made me laugh! But it's so true. The older I get, the worse reaction I get from fast food. Last time I had Taco Bell, I took some Mylanta with it, and I was still in pain, so no more Taco Bell

Had what I believe was my last Taco Bell yesterday. It just tasted funny and I can cook better burger, chuck roast and can slice vegetables up too.
I will prolly still stop in and get some cinnamon twists and coffee in the mornings, but am through eating that funky meat they serve.

I never ate Chipotle, they sound good, one is open in my town now, but still, fast food meats are often lacking in deliciiousness, And I am a good cook, so I can usually do better. cheaper and less tummy rumblies.

I loves me some Taco Bell. Have eaten it all through the years but the last three or four years I just usually order a bean burrito with lettuce and mild sauce.

Simple, satisfying. . . Taco Bell.

Is that joke serious? About Taco Bell and other mexican food literally giving people diarrhea? Even when I used to eat fast food, I didn't literally get the squirts from having a burrito. I don't think that's normal dude - you should probably not eat that stuff if it does that to you

There's a chance any food will do that to you. For some reason, Taco Bell is just a bit more well-known for it.

Will that stop me? Absolutely not. Taco Bell for life!

Am I advocating preparation in the event you react badly to a particular burrito? Yes. As the Boy Scouts taught me, Be Prepared.
