Think about the last time you ate a burger. Did some of the toppings fall out? Was the bottom bun gone before the rest of the burger? Was it hard to set down once you got started?

If you answered yes to any of these questions try flipping your burger upside down next time. Changes the game. Better flavor. Better structural integrity. Better overall experience. It’s one of those LPT that will change your life for the better :) πŸ”

There are some weird LPTs that keep repeating on here.

This is one of them.

I put some of the toppings on top and some on the bottom for better topping distribution. I don't know if this is true but I once heard on a podcast that whatever is closest to your tongue is where the tasty stuff should go. According to that theory toppings on the bottom works, as does your advice.

What do you mean upside down?

Hold it up to your mouth like you're gonna eat it then rotate it 180 degrees either toward or away from your face.

But like the post talks about toppings, where are the toppings ending up? What if you just put the toppings in a better orientation to start with? Or is it just the round half bun vs the flat half bun?

The rounded top bun creates a perfect cradle for toppings and juices. Keeping the burgers structured perfectly with every bite.
