Most of Australia lol (whoever is permanent, anyway).
I get 10 sick days a year on top of my 4 weeks holiday leave. All paid for.

How th am i meant to only be sick 10 days when everyone is (covid probably) coughing at work.
And they barely feel like they're given to me when I have to "prove" that I'm sick with a certificate.

The first 2 years of covid, my job gave us an extra 10 days "covid" leave. I only had to use it for 1 week and I didn't even have covid, I just had to isolate at home with my wife who had it. Still haven't got covid yet
