LPT: Only upgrade your computer/phone if it can save you > 1 sec for every click

I've been thinking about upgrading my computer which costs 1.1k. I've been thinking for 3 months. A friend of mine just told me to pull the trigger if it can save me 1 sec for every click. Now it makes perfect sense. The same logic does not apply to cars. Just want to share. Hope it can help a few people here make decisions faster and easier.

I dont understand? If my GPU sucks and and I can not play recent games I should not upgrade because its not faster after?

Nope. You should upgrade your computer if you can't comfortably run the apps and games that you want to run.
