"White" carbs spike insulin. "Wholegrain" does not. I can eat 500 calories worth of brown rice and feel great.

Hold on a minute. You can eat less than all the carbs?

Yes, you look at the pizza guy and tell him to only bring the good carbs. Hint, they're all yummy.

Eating the wrong kind of carbs. Stick with minimally processed, whole grains, and no sugar added.

100-150 grams of carbs a day is normal depending on how active you’re physically each day (not taking about gym). Need carbs to survive. Then than number can change depending on your goal. Whether that’s not feeling sleepy, weight loss or weight gain etc.

Dr. Atkins died as the result of an accident, not because of his diet.

>On April 8, 2003, Atkins fell and hit his head on an icy New York sidewalk. He was admitted to Weill Cornell Medical Center, where he underwent surgery to remove a blood clot from his brain, but fell into a coma. He died on April 17, at age 72.

LOL, this is par for the course for these LPT. More people sharing useless information for internet karma.

“I heard this once from a random stranger in a dark alley so all of you should follow this advice that I don’t even know is true”

LPT: Eat all the carbs because they are yummy.
