There's entertainment to be had, and also if you're with T-Mobile for cellphone service it's the only way to get decent CS.

I have T-Mobile and no Twitter. I have great cell service. I don't see the connection.

You can have great cell service without any CS at all until something goes wrong and you want to speak to someone about it. That's where/when CS comes in. ToE (Team of Experts, what T-Mobile calls their CS in the US) are ok and get things done, but they can't match what T-Force on Twitter can do.
