Yeah, I get that too. I’ll be gaming all day and wonder why the hell I have a raging headache before bed, then chug a ton of water and realise, “Oh yeah, this is the first time I’ve drank water today…”

Oh boy! I try to combat it when I’m working by having a big water cup (32oz-er beer mug from an old festival) and if I don’t drink it down at least 3x in the day, I try to chase a catch up before I go to bed.
