Libido changes from person to person no matter how healthy they are. This is not really a good indicator as there are way too many factors that affect libido (such as having a partner, being relaxed, being happy, work, kids, stress...)

I agree with this completely. If your libido is down, take a hard look at your primary needs and make sure those are getting filled, and also examine any sources of stress in your life as stress can have a similar effect to repress libido.
