I know it sounds obvious but it’s really good for people that struggle with sleep and what not. If it’s passed 8 pm and you’re tired and you don’t have anything planned for the rest of the day. Just go to sleep! You will seriously feel way better when you wake up the next day. It’s something I’m learning as I get older to stop putting my sleep off by watching another episode of my Netflix show or looking at my phone for an hour before bed. If you’re sleepy just sleep.

Some of us would get in trouble at work if we fell asleep when were tired, even if it’s after 8.

The issue is that if I sleep 7h per night, I will automatically wake up at 3am.

Lol I think most people with sleep issues would do this if they could 🙄 then they wouldn't, ya know... have sleep issues
