Alternatively keep a box of kitty litter or a bag of sand in your trunk and you don’t ruin your car mats, or get a towel wrapped around your wheel.

Old trick. I helped a guy move his mustang out the snow with the floor mats. Took two and me putting weight in the back, RWD, but worked. For older cars and hats what we did, my brother used sandbags in his old Corolla because RWD and car is so light.

Usually, when there is snow, there is now "items" on washing lines. At least in my country...
