This is different at every pump. The easiest way to deal with this is to avoid buying gas at stations that make you listen to commercials.

Wouldn't surprise me if they start phasing that in here. Infact I think I was at a gas station last year that had a silent one playing while I pumped gas.

In Oregon, since we don't pump our own gas, they haven't started playing commercials through the gas pumps.

it works for a second, then it starts all over agains as soon as the next commercial loads.
