OP is saying take your 1 hour lunch 30 minutes before your boss starts their lunch. That way you can steal an extra 30 minutes of “lunch” because your boss isn’t back for another 30 minutes after your lunch ends, so they won’t notice you not working.

As with 99% other LPT, this isn’t actually a LPT. OP is just being a shitty employee.

I interpreted the LPT as the boss not being on your case for half an hour while you can get to work.

That’s literally not what he’s saying at all. They are saying take your one hour lunch 30 minutes earlier so that you basically get an hour and a half lunch. He’s telling people to steal time.

Same. OP mentioned relaxing for an extra half hour- not staying on lunch for an extra half hour.
