HR is misnamed. Their entire purpose is to protect the company. They don't care about you as an employee. At all.
In order to move on, I would start by looking for a new job.
HR is properly named: “Human Resources” meaning humans are a resource for the company… not that humans get resources.
Yup. I learned this lesson years ago. And once you know, your dealings with them are a lot different.
Lmao, delete this dumb post. Seems like HR did the right thing
Just always keep in mind, HR works for the company, not for you. They serve the companies interests, not specifically yours.
Get a new job, and then start leaving reviews of the company.
Can you point out on the teddy bear where HR touched you?
You need to leave the company, meditate or go for counseling, and put this behind you

You need to speak to Resource Resources. You're not regarded as human by any employer, it's bad for bidness.
Staying at that job will make you think about the event that caused your hardship. It is kinda of like an abusive relationship. It is best to get out if it is toxic.
Also, preparing a resume will help you recognize your strengths, which can help build your self esteem.
Good luck!
Welcome to the club.
Learn to practice meditation so you can live in the present and not in the past.
HR is not your friend. They only care about the company, not the employees 😒
Learned a valuable lesson
I am gonna feel like a twit for asking, but what is HR.
My brain is telling me human resources, but it doesn't fit in all the slots. Lol.
human resources
I thought so but the HR has moved on threw me for a loop.
Unfortunately I don't have much experience with HR. I work for family. It's 1000% times worse than everyone makes it sound.
I actually have O experience with them myself if I am being honest, I am pretty new to even knowing they are there for the company and not the employee haha
