Antibacterial soaps are ineffective. You'd need to leave it on your skin for upwards of 8-10 hours for the antibacterial ingredients to have an impact on the bacterial level. Pretty sure you don't want to take a shower for that long, not to mention the skin irritation that would come from leaving it in direct contact with your skin for a prolonged period of time.
Your armpits still a bit smelly after a good soap/rinse? Use a little shampoo for a second go-around. Also helps to manage episodes of swamp-ass. Or try a bodywash. But don't buy that antibacterial garbage. It's a waste of money, a health risk at causing bacterial resistances, and potentially harmful to the environment.
