This comes up about once every 10 days here. No. The true solution is each person gets their own covers.

We have a king-sized bed and each have twin-sized covers. Picked up the idea when living in a furnished apartment in Europe 8 years ago and never looked back.

Separation of bed and comforters. So European, I can smell the lack of deodorant from here.

Just wish you could get an extra LONG California king. Those almost cover my feet if I turn the whole thing diagonally.

It covers the mattress much nicer when the bed is made too. It looks better that way.

I'll admit I was really unsure about my king size quilt on the queen mattress, but it's grown on me quite a lot 😊
