I mean, there are people who are talking loudly over speakerphone who are just kind of clueless. There are also people who are intentionally doing it to show other people that they don't give a shit about them. I was on a train with someone who asked one of those guys to keep it down, and for a second I swear to god I thought I was about to see a murder. We all fled the car at the next stop.
