One does not simply "get" a lap cat. A lap cat gets you. You won't see it coming, it'll just happen one day.

I do not want an animal in my lap while I eat. The hair is one thing, but I especially don’t want litterbox paws anywhere near my food.

Im pretty sure part of the reason for my last UTI was holding it too long waiting for the cat to wake up and get off my lap. I’ve definitely delayed eating for her lol

This will work with a lap dance too, nobody's getting up during one of those.
