If you don’t immediately park in it, someone else will, making your effort worthless. Then you’ve got to sort out towing someone else.

What is the point of having someone towed if you're going to park somewhere else anyway?

If I have a reserved spot, I'm parking there. That's the point of reserved parking.

If they want to blame me, that's fine. The spot is clearly marked "Reserved: Violators will be towed" If they damage my car, well it's all on camera.

I'm so glad I don't live in an apartment and have to worry about this shit anymore.

That sounds like a good outcome. Sure, it’ll be a repeat hassle, but at least multiple assholes will get some comeuppance.

What if management tows the car just before you arrive home? Do you circle your apartment in a holding pattern for a few hours?
