Generally don’t be an asshole to costumer service, even if it does take longer than usual. If you’re a patient and understanding costumer we’re rewarding your patience with some free stuff. Source: worked as a service technician for a well known electronics brand and we knew when it took too long to repair or replace some claims. But if the costumer was patient and understanding we stuffed a lot of extra stuff in their packages like battery packs, SD cards, or some accessories.

LPT: always take care of your customer service needs when you don't need to be somewhere else any time soon. It takes the stress and pressure off both you and them to know that you aren't in any hurry. Honestly, this is the best way to do any errands or appointments if possible.
