I've been watching a lot of videos on 2x speed lately to save time and it's helped immensely. I also slow down videos with guitar lessons so I can learn more easily.

Long video essays or podcasts are much easier to get through now.

People should know that there’s an alternative to pokey 1.00 / Normal. But I find that 1.50 speed is as fast as I can easily absorb material.
