Not that far down. It’s closer to Tsongas than the towers. I’ll see if I can snap a couple pics next time I cruise the riverwalk.

You can call or text (978)-856-5351 to report needles you find around lowell and an official will clean them up. I have text them info and pics and they usually get it removed within an hour or so.
