I was told they aren't apartments anymore, only college housing, when I called to ask them last year for a quote.

I stayed there as a student like 4 years ago I wanna say, they were alright. If they’re still relatively cheap than go with them but they’re pretty meh. Also just in general the building itself is kinda trashy

Thank you for your input! May I ask what makes you call it trashy? 😳

I just moved out of them. They’re basically a nicer version of dorms, so they work for college students but probably not many others. The multi-bedroom spaces are much bigger than the 1-beds but roommates can definitely be iffy there. That said, they’re probably your cheapest apartment option that includes any amenities, so if you’re a student of some sort (you have to be to live there) can handle some noise, you’ll be fine.

Thanks!! Yeahh, furnished + internet and all really sounds nice compared to the expensive apartments which have neither. I do plan on taking some online courses though… How’s the internet there?

WiFi wasn’t great but I got a Google WiFi that expanded the signal straight from an Ethernet connection which made it much better!

Although that was four years ago I'm guessing by actively marketing to students it's not going to necessarily be a peaceful place. ;)
