I used to drive down 110 all the time to get Heavenly ice coffees. Lately they seem way off their game. I think they make their ice coffees now by dumping ice into hot coffee. It just tastes like coffee flavored water.

Has anyone else noticed a change?

That’s so frustrating, I feel like quality of products and quality of service have gone down all over the area.

How are the donuts tho?

What’s the best place for donuts in the area?

Mochi Donuts near Nibbana.

Kim's Donuts is fairly good too.

Just go to Frobies, brewed awakening, Starbucks, or pressed for coffee. Dunking donut knock offs shouldn’t even have a place when we already have too many dunkies

Are you talking about the new Mochinut place (which I have not tried yet), or is this something else?

I like Top Donut in Dracut, but I need to try the other places that have been mentioned.

978 Cafe is a little hidden gem for good coffee! They have some great pastries too from local bakeries. I also love their sandwiches and teas.

That’s the thing though, they haven’t really been a dunks knock off. They have tons of flavored coffees and they are flavored beans not flavor shots. Plus monthly seasonal flavors that are hit or miss. That was the big draw for me and I don’t know of a similar option around.

Fair enough. I do know that their breakfast sandwiches were good and donuts were bomb. I never got into their coffee outside of ordering a couple for necessity. Just didn’t do it for me (dunkies weak taste to me). I bit the bullet and bought a good home espresso machine (breville) and avoid buying coffee out now. Just buy locally roasted beans. Has definitely paid itself off over the course of the four years my wife and I have had it. I do buy donuts around town though.
