Currently I'm learning the Machine Learning Specialisation course, but without any quizzes and optional labs, because I have no money :( I've already reached the multiple linear regression, but all I know is only the theoretical part :(

here is one Github Repo of all the exercises and their solution (there any many others on Github)

https://github.com/atinesh-s/Coursera-Machine-Learning-Stanford

My advice - treat this as if you don't have the solution, work your ass off on building the solutions yourself, and only if you are stuck have a look at the solution. This way you won't get the certificate, but if you are looking for knowledge you can get it all here.

All the lectures are freely available on youtube

In addition to this, for every topic, read blogs, watch youtube videos and look in kaggle for problems to solve.

Trust me, you don't need a single penny for learning machine learning from Internet. What you need is the intent to learn.
