sounds like it, they'd probably say no if it was actually a no, maybe do a follow up or ask if you can follow up in a couple weeks

It's actually the first time I got such a not so clear cut yes/no type response so got a bit confused. I was thinking about asking if my understanding of the message is right - I cleared the test but hiring freeze in place. Hopefully it won't be taken as a dumb question 😅🤞
