In my humble opinion, having different results makes sense because these algorithms in general have randomness and also the same noun have different connotation in different languages.
for example discussion does not have a negative meaning in English but it does in Spanish

I'm interested in why only the Spanish one doesn't have facial hair. I wonder if that has to do with the "young" description, perhaps in other languages it's youthful or immature to be unshaven, whereas in Spanish it's youthful to not be able to grow hair at all
Edit: Ironically this is a translation where gender is actually lost in the translation to Spanish.

Yeah the word joven is gender neutral, so it likely used that to make images in between feminine and masculine
