If you cannot find an endorsement. You can submit it to a scientific journal. Usually if they allow you to post it on arxiv you also can post it on your personal website. Note you might get rejected, but then you can use the feedback to improve the paper and submit it to another journal or same journal again. It is normal to get rejected at first.
