AAMAS typically has an acceptance rate of about ~25% for full papers and another ~15% including extended abstracts. So it is quite selective. It is possible you get accepted if the meta reviewer really likes the paper (or some of the reviewers increase their scores).
Hmm :(. I hope the one with 4 changes his review. He just said my paper lacks theory (its an empirical paper with novel formulations for most part where we adapations of SOTA algorithms.). I hope meta reviewer sees it. There were no other concerns raised by reviewers (very short reviews as compared to ones I get for my other papers at NeurIPS, AAAI)
