Sounds like a wonderful idea to upload all my company documents to some unknown, unsecured, third party that totally won't abuse that information down the road.

The fact that you think that you don't need those rules in place for the beta boggles my mind.

You may even be legally liable for not having them, but IANAL so I'll just suggest maybe you should consult one.

All the people building second layer Apps before the next release...

I bet we see an explosion of AI-API microservices after every GPT release (or other chatbots with an API) that get redundant after updates..
