Greed is a big factor. I think a lot of rich people are trying to make it a big issue to try to get more laws that support their entrenched ruling class.

Rich people, mostly, didn't get rich by being stupid and uninformed. They see the writing on the wall, the car crash you can't look away from. They see the collapse coming soon, they're extracting as much as they can from the plebs and "going home".

The rich people now are definitely stupid and uninformed. Its called generational wealth and very few rich people actually got rich by their own merit.

I would like to delete a lot and condense a lot. Then DEEP audits of spending. Especially on contractors that seem to empathize with ripping off the government.
