First call a cop and file a police report so they can go talk to this guy also.

2nd start Carrying some form of mace or even bear foam . A lot of people will respond how could you but it’s better then anybody being hurt you or the Dog or your dog.

Spray across the face from eye to eye is all it takes.

I don’t always carry a gun with me but I mostly have Saber red or freeZe plus p on me and in both my cars. My wife carry’s it also and I will tell my kids to carry it when they start driving and such .

It’s not an answer to all problems but it is mostly a safe method to defend yourself .

Somebody on serious drugs it might not effect much … it doesn’t beat a gun by any means . Easier to use then you would expect .
