Maine electricians

I’ve been in business for about 6 months, and have been nervous about doing square footage bids. I’ve never done them and never been involved with one. I’ve been in the trade for about 10 years. My question is what do you do for a square footage dollar amount and what does that number include?

Imo i never take bidding jobs. I have repeat customers who knows my work and rates.

Make sure you’re aware of the Maine Home Construction Contract Act if you’re doing residential work for more than $3k.
