That’s not really a thing here. Our coast is 3400 miles long but only ~35 miles of it is sandy beach, and you can’t drive on it.

I wouldn’t call it “over sand” but anywhere north of Ellsworth will have driveable tidal flats. Look for clamming roads if you have a decent vehicle.

Western Maine has backwoods logging roads — it’s more about views and lakes. If it’s coastline you want, your best bet is hiking or biking. I would suggest a visit before moving. Check this out: https://newenglandforestrally.com Also snowmobiles are a thing.
