You can't bring it over the border from Canada (but we did once in the spare tire wheel well lol) for some asinine reason (I mean it's a cured product so why?). Anyway, would love to find a source local, but I have made it myself once several years ago. I was gifted a sous vide last Christmas, and Smoked Meat is on my list to try again.
