I feel like the Royale Lunch Bar in Portland had those and they will be coming back in some form soon so maybe they will have them again.

You can't bring it over the border from Canada (but we did once in the spare tire wheel well lol) for some asinine reason (I mean it's a cured product so why?). Anyway, would love to find a source local, but I have made it myself once several years ago. I was gifted a sous vide last Christmas, and Smoked Meat is on my list to try again.
