It says Dyer Brook, so I’d go with probably somewhere in Dyer Brook

Someone's gonna buy it and turn it into an airbnb.

Given it's location, what would be wrong with that? Do you think it would take away affordable housing for locals? Should someone buy it and make it a dispensary? Maybe a tire store or auto parts. Ramen house, there ya go.

Considering it's in The County, I half expect to see a horse and buggy tied up outside.

Two driveways down are the horse and buggies.

We don't have good ghost towns like out West - too much moisture rots the old wooden buildings.

But it isn't for a lack of trying.

Turn on the power, hang a new sign and it will look like plenty of local stores that are open today.
