I like the optimism but 28.6? Bud, no way they are that good. Last I heard Brunswick was trying to buy the land off the developer to keep it from getting developed, I can't imagine Kittery is any less NIMBY.

Kittery is way more nimby. Brunswick is actually pretty good but that site has some challenges. I believe that the Brunswick moratorium was to give them time to craft affordability requirements.

Live here, and yes, it definitely leans that way. Don't even get me started on the insanity around leash laws on Seapoint Beach. I really think the town would benefit from affordable housing, currently overpaying for a below market apartment in the village and would love to see us embrace a healthier mindset around rents that aren't the same cost as a mortgage.
