Highly is one of the best. They always have a good selection starting at 20 per eighth. They have there own line as well as offerings from other farms. I recommend anything by yani.

Sweet Dirt is known to be very sub par! If you want better recommendations head over to r/mainetrees!

Mystique was called out for posting pictures of their plants with mold on them, I wouldn't go there either!

They got good bud at reasonable rates.🤷‍♂️ I’ve tried a lot of places and most are over priced. I’m glad you have the luxury of spending more money than necessary on local goods but I don’t. If you have a suggestion for local places that don’t overcharge for inferior product I’m all ears.

Fire on Fore carries plenty of local smaller batch farmers and although the prices are a little higher, eighths start at 25 which is affordable imo! The Glass Shop that's also on Fore St over by the gelato places has 10% off cards too if you want to save a little more!

Well yea, state & federal law makes it so it HAS to be grown within state lines! Doesn't change the fact that it's owned by one of the largest cannabis MSOs in the US! They're also known for their shady business practices!

I've gone to like 6 or 7 other places, this was the only place where the buds were not dried out. At all the others I could just crush it into a powder basically between my finger and thumb. I like em a little more squishy

I miss the disps in Los Angeles. There they bring out a ton of jars and let you pick em up and smell and squish w tweezers and such, to find what you like. Always easy to get what you really want. The prepackaged stuff is lame imo. I'd love to find a place that just has it in jars, let's you see it, and weighs it out to order . Alas

I don't know that just having a larger multistate set up makes me not like them, especially if they're still growing local and its the only stuff ive found that wasnt poor quality. If you have info on what they do that I should not like, however, I'd hear it.

The biggest thing is that they constantly lobby for regulations that hurt smaller farmers and home grows! But hey, some people prefer to shop at Walmart while others like Farmers Markets!

They've had tons of recalls on their products in other states and even had an employee die this past year due to improper PPE! There's also a lawsuit that was filed for them selling THC mislabeled as CBD!

Grass Roots on St John Street. Locally owned. Always great service. Reasonably priced.

I did the med card thing until it went rec. There was no difference in cost or experience that I noticed. Except now I do have one place I found which doesn't have overly dry product. So if anything, I've found a better experience. Maybe I missed something though. What about the medical is better than the rec?

What's your point? www.gethighly.com

People from Maine owning businesses in other states doesn't make their Maine businesses any less local. No matter how many ways you try and spin it they are from Boothbay. Why not celebrate successful Mainers growing craft undisturbed living soil indoor instead of being a little hater boy?
